“ 1st time here I tried the Long Island Ice Tea (top shelf) had two different bartenders and they just didn't do it right for me or the top shelf is water!!! It's a mystery... I'll be back to investigate! The Mississippi Hot Beef sandwich with chunky potatoes hot when they brought it out but due to the cold environment the second half of my hot sandwich was cold! But I ate it becase was excellent tasting at the beginning. Service was slow I discovered I came into the establishment at shift change. ”
“ The service was attentive and friendly. Billie was great! The Dubliner (reuben sandwich) was BIG and great tasting. I'm normally not a big fan of steak fries, but they were awesome. Crisped just right and very fresh. The chocolate cheesecake was amazing as well. I highly recommend. ”
“ We tried to get there for breakfast but wasn't quick enough, so lunch it was. It was outstanding. The poutine was the best ever. The gravy and onions along with the cheese curds and sirloin, fantastic. High marks for the beef burrito also. The server was quick, courteous and very helpful. ”
“ This place is located on a nice corner in Wayland. The parking situation in the parking lot could have been a bit nicer but was sufficient. The lack of any snow removal on the sidewalk leading up to the door was a bit disappointing. The inside is split into two areas. One side has more of a restaurant feel while the other side gives you the bar feel. Both sections have a bar but one has more sit down tables while the other has more high tops. Overall it was some decent ambiance. The waitress was really nice and quick with any service needs. She was juggling a few tables and the bar. She did so with an appearance of ease. She was also super nice to bring out a order that we split on two separate plates. The food was good but we have had a better French Dip. The meat was a bit greasy for our taste. The bread was good. The tater tots were perfectly done! The locals seemed to like the place as there were several seated at the bar during our visit. They were all having a great conversation which included the bar tender at times. The place is worth a shot. The other couple we were there with tried the Rubin and said it was really good. That might be next to try on another visit. Sorry but we are the food before I took a picture. ”
“ This place looks like a dive but the band played like they could headline for all the bends they cover. The food tastes like someone’s grandma finally snapped and started cooking professionally. Came for beer and left with a concert and real conversation ”
